Chandrakant represents over 40 years of diversified global experience in manufacturing, exports and software & IT services.

He is responsible for devising and guiding eSoftCircle's strategic initiatives in exports and product development. Chandrakant has been leading several key strategic transitions from paper stationery manufacturing, managing paper dealerships of many Indian paper companies and later with BPO and information technology projects at eSoftCircle.

His extensive domain experience in capital markets, accounting, and investment has played a key role and are the foundations of success of eSoftCircle's financial product - Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM), which is currently used by high profile clients.

He has served as a member and ex-Vice President and Secretary of Gujarat State Exercise Books Manufacturer's Association.

Chandrakant completed his Bachelors in Arts Honors degree from Gujarat University, India.

Mihir Sandesara

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mihir has over 20 years of experience with 10 years stint in the US Information Technology Industry. He is responsible for formulating and executing eSoftCircle's global strategy. His background includes successfully deploying information technology solutions for Finance, Automation, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Semiconductor and Printing Industry in US and India.

Prior to re-locating from the Silicon Desert to founding the IT Services and BPO services initiatives of eSoftCircle, he had successful stints with leading organizations in USA that now represent Philips, 3M, SpeedFam-IPEC etc.

Mihir has been very instrumental and the driving force behind launching the Tax Portal bringing eSoftCircle the status of being the First company to launch such portal in India for US tax processing in December 2002. Right from concept through implementation, he has played a key role in successfully launching eSoftCircle products
a) Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) - Financial solutions for Financial Planners and investors of any size,
b) Eternal - Enterprise Content Management (ECM) / Knowledge Management (KM) product and
c) Money*Maker - Financial Analytics product

He has been a champion of eSoftCircle's Information Security and Quality initiatives which has resulted in eSoftCircle becoming first 30 Indian companies to receive both ISO 9001 and BS7799 certifications.

He brings an extensive domain and technology-savvy experience in building applications in the fields of Financial Asset Management, Capital markets, Data Warehousing, Accounting, etc. In his earlier engagements, he has been instituting Software Configuration Management and Revision Control methodologies from ground-up to complete deployment. He brings in high impact strategic planning, KM training and execution strategies for eSoftCircle clients. He has extensively traveled worldwide including to North American, many European and Asian countries gaining international business management exposure.

Mihir completed his Executive MBA degree from Arizona State University, USA; Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Illinois at Chicago, USA; and Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gujarat University, India.
